Let’s work together.

You might look like you have it all together — but inside, it feels like you’re barely holding on.

If you're constantly striving, overthinking, or feel like you can’t let your guard down, you're not alone. Many high-achieving professionals appear successful on the outside while silently battling anxiety, burnout, and a deep sense of disconnection.

Therapy can help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and meaningful. I offer a warm, collaborative space where no thought or feeling is too shameful or irrational to explore. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s driving your patterns—and help you shift them.

  • I work with clients who struggle with excessive fear and worry. This sometimes manifests as rumination, sleepless nights, and/or irritability.

Together, we will explore the patterns, dynamics, and interactions that lead to these feelings and develop behaviors and habits that ultimately manage anxiety.

  • Burnout can take many forms. Some people feel drained, depleted, or unable to cope with work-related and personal demands. This can lead to anger, irritability, and a negative attitude towards family, friends, and colleagues.

Let’s unpack what’s causing your burnout symptoms, develop strategies to set boundaries, and challenge narratives that call into question your abilities.

  • I help people who set extreme goals and expectations for themselves and others. Healthy ambition can quickly become excessive criticism or an intense fear of failure that can leave us paralyzed.

I am here to help you make space for more joy and move you closer to unconditional positive regard.
